From start to finish, the process was easy and informative. I reached out on Nextdoor and took a chance on REPS of Texas. We inherited an old home that needs a lot of work. Dennis came out and reassured us that the job was not only doable, but it would be affordable and efficient. From day one he walked us through our options, recognized our hesitations and fears, and helped us find the right solution for what we needed. The crew was freaking amazing. It was done in one weekend and they acknowledged our dogs, would stop working so they could go out to use the bathroom and made sure they didn't get out of the gates. They are SUPER flexible, knowledgeable beyond what you think you know, kind, personable and honest. Our 70 plus year home that we inherited is now maintaining a constant temperature, not leaking and the squirrels are no longer bowling in our attic.
We are very satisfied with the job that REPS did with our roof replacement. From the sales rep, project manager and roofing team, we have no complaints. The project manager even came by to ensure that every bit of trash was picked up.
